A CANADIAN singer-songwriter has announced her second album and shared her brand-new single.
Jennah Barry, a talented acoustic musician with a beguiling and dreamy vocal, released her latest track ‘Pink Grey Blue’ yesterday.
The contemplative and intimate ditty is three minutes of minimalistic perfection, driven predominantly by delicately plucked strings and soothing vibrations of the Barry’s voice.
The middle-eight, with its swirling sounds, is particularly interesting, and a complete departure from the direction of the rest of the song.
Along with the ‘Pink Grey Blue, Barry has also revealed the details of her forthcoming second album, Holiday.
The sophomore LP will feature nine tracks is set to be distributed by Forward Music Group on March 27.
