Songwriter and vocalis Lauren L’aimant shares the electro-pop single “Moonlight”. Built upon a rising melodic backdrop that rouses those inhibitions to dance the night away, the single is a soulful cut that effortlessly proves why the blend of electro-pop is so infectious.
“I wrote ‘Moonlight’ under the Supermoon of April 2017, in the midst of a brand new relationship. It tells the story of falling in love and its many motions, and much like the moon, as bright as it shines, seeing the darker side of a person but loving them despite this. Time has allowed me to shape not only this song, adapting and perfecting, but also who I am as an artist, and a person. Releasing ‘moonlight’ now feels right, and is apt for what I’m going through in the present moment.”
