PACKS release the vibey slacker-pop single “New TV”

Recently signing to Fire Talk & Royal Mountain Records, four-piece PACKS, fronted by the brilliant Madeline Link, share their new single “New TV”. Wrapped in a lighweight slacker-pop vibe, the track displays Link’s laid-back but incredibly comforting vocals and pairs them with a stripped backbeat.

Intially a solo songwriting project of Link, PACKS is now composed for Shane Hooper, Noah O’Neil and Dexter Nash.

PACKS debut LP take the cake is out on May 21st.

I got the chance to witness a craigslist transaction of two bros selling a hideous pink couch to an eager young man with a U-HAUL,” Link explains. “As they lovingly demonstrated the LA-Z-BOY function, everyone seemed pretty impressed. New TV boxes and old couches litter curbs every garbage day. This song goes out to other people’s garbage.
